Indian Head Massage Course – being a case study!

As an holistic therapist, it’s important to have regular treatments to maintain health and wellbeing. And so I happily accepted an invitation to be a case study for a student on an Indian Head Massage course near Chichester. Here I am with Rena Kato, a Japanese therapist, who is also a talented calligrapher and a singer-songwriter. Rena is studying holistic therapies at Chichester College.

After two sessions, I am already starting to feel the benefits of Indian Head Massage with Rena and have been sleeping well and feeling less tense in my shoulders. We will have one more session before I leave on April 19th to work with Cocoro charity teaching positive touch for the children affected by the Tsunami in Japan. It is an excellent preparation for my trip – thank you Rena!
