Indian Head Massage is great fun to learn as Trish and Rena discovered on the Introduction to Indian Head Massage day course in Chichester, West Sussex in June 2012.  During the day we looked at the fascinating history and benefits of this ancient therapy and practised some of the techniques covered in my book The Art of Indian Head Massage. As well as learning a new simple and relaxing routine, we were able to learn from each other and share techniques used in Japan.
Fun and Informative Training Days
Training days with Mary Atkinson Holistic Therapy Courses are always enjoyable as well as informative so that it feels like a well-deserved day out with a purpose. With a mix of people from different backgrounds, there is plenty to share and inspire each other. For example, the Introduction to Indian Head Massage day also helped Rena, who is a holistic therapy student at Chichester College, learn some more English words – and looking back at her list we were amazed at the variety of topics covered during the day. We also persuaded Rena to sample her first taste of Branston Pickle in a cheese sandwich.
