Massage for Hands and Feet

Just five minutes of hand massage and/or foot massage can bring an unexpected and wonderful sense of relaxation and well-being – that was the verdict of the five ‘students’ on my recent hand and foot massage masterclass in Chichester, West Sussex.

The group consisted of three massage beginners and two qualified holistic therapists. It was great to learn in a small group with a friendly and informal atmosphere. Everyone shared their own experiences of massage and offered topics of discussion – and best of all, we all enjoyed plenty of laughter!

By the end of our day together, the ‘students’ all agreed that they had learnt far more than they had expected – and had a ‘tool-box’ of new moves and tips to share with others. For some, it was a valuable addition to reflexology or body massages, for others a five minute massage for a family member, a soothing massage for an elderly relative, or some tips for self-massage and dealing with anxiety.

Hand and Foot Massage Class

All in all, a most enjoyable and productive day spent with like-minded people. If you’d like to know more about my hand and foot massage course then please contact me (Mary Atkinson) or click on this link Hand and Foot Massage Day Course.

Thank you so much Mary for such a wonderful day. I now feel confident to give a hand and foot massage to family and friends. It was lovely to meet you and also fellow students. I felt we all got on so well and I certainly felt very relaxed and happy throughout the day. We learnt so much and also had fun together. Thank you SO much. Rachel Stares

Hand and Foot Massage Book

Both massage therapists and beginners can enjoy my book Personal Trainer: Hand and Foot Massage which is a beautifully illustrated guide to massaging hands and feet – with plenty of additional health tips too.
