Published Articles

As a trained journalist, I am alway pleased to contribute to publications, newsletters and blogs especially those with a holistic theme. My main area of expertise is in Indian Head Massage for people of all ages – from children to the elderly. Here are some of the articles that I have either written or contributed to over the past few years.
